Referral Management

Referral Management refers to a process which manages consultation requests received by First Nations from Crown governments. Crown governments have a legal obligation to consult with, and accommodate affected First Nation’s interests when proposing planning or development initiatives in their territories. Inlailawatash has a deep understanding of the challenges that First Nation communities face in participating in consultation processes. Inlailawatash offers services to First Nation communities to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of referral management.
